    Description - Semievergeen, Native to the Pacific Northwest. An attractive flat rosette of dark green, leathery fronds with it’s fertile fronds erect from the center giving it a founntain-like appearance. Grows in moist ,coniferous forests in the wild & likes deep humus and acidic soil. In the South, find a cool, moist site (pouts in the hot humid months, but springs back in the coolness of fall). Definitely worth a try for a very attractive border, rock wall plant.
